Tommy Hilfiger, the designer who built his eponymous company into an urban fashion empire, wandered into an Allan M. Schneider office in the Hamptons and said he was seeking a house. His budget? Up to $25 million.
Now Hilfiger, 54, has gone into contract on a brand new, 20,000-square foot house in Bridgehampton. The property, which is set on 24 acres and includes a pool, tennis court and basketball court, was listed at exactly $25 million.
